There was hair on the shower tray Few sweets behind the door And very upset as I had said it was my husbands 40th birthday and I was told that either we would get room upgrade (but was happy with what room I selected so was told they can do a little some in the room for him) this didn’t happen either, if I had known this I would. have done something my self for him in the room. Very disappointed. Also the lady on the desk said she would call us yesterday and we still have t heard anything.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable but we had a sea view room and the window was draughty maming the room cold. Turning up the heating didn't warm the room. Food is excellent. Great location and highly recommend this hotel.

I loved my recent stay at the Double Tree by Hilton. The Hotel is beautifully decorated and my room was stylish, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are nice but all form over function. No mirror near desk/chair. No makeup/shaving light. No bottled water. Safe on piss so wafts open. Hangers dont fit wardrobe so light remains on all the time. Outside door insecure. Tap in bathroom lose and spins. Room 106. The spa facilities were well below par. Absolutely filthy floors. No locks available for lockers when i asked they shrugged and said theyd run out. The various spa rooms were crowded, noisy and queuing. The shower would not turn down temperature and was so burning hot i had to go in sideways carefully to rinse my hair. Honestly it was a really poor and not at all relaxing experience. Finally to top it all the hotel then broke my case by lifting it by the long handle when stowing it. I saw them do it. They did not really apologise but the manager shrugged and offered wd40. Hardly a fix for a broken handle! Case will need replacing for next trip. All together this was a shock for a Hilton especially given it was not cheap. Very disappointed. Would not recommend!

The car park was a little difficult to find but with guidance from reception staff we found it. Check in process was easy and staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. However there was a fridge right beside the bed that was omitting light at nighttime! Not the ideal place and odd that it had a light inside when closed. Breakfast was good, but the breakfast room was very big and loud as it was so full! The bar area was also nice, very festive as we stayed on NYE! Added to the vibes. I would stay here again when visiting Brighton.

The pool was out of service the day we arrived which the kids were very disappointed about. It was operational on the morning we were checking out which meant we weren’t able to fully enjoy the breakfast. A real shame as the room and hotel generally were clean and nice, the sea view from our room was great.
