Sauna is an additional charge.

The gym and sauna must be booked in advance at reception. The gym is probably clean as shown in the photos, but there are no treadmill machines. Saunas are available at an additional cost. This should be made clear on the booking page, which some people find disappointing. Rooms are very clean. No dish detergent was provided.

Great bedrooms - really spacious and clean. The staff were helpful. The road the hotel is on is busy but not too noisy. And it's only a short walk to the old town and nearby cafes. Good value for money

Room very small but clean. Looks like it was a warehouse turned into hotel. Breakfast was expensive. Staff was never at reception desk and had to wait a while sometimes for them to show up and not too friendly to Americans. The property looks like it's in a bad area. Doesn't look like a hotel from the outside.

Worth twice the price!

A quick walk from Train station, passing a less savory sort of individuals, the area raised questions, (single woman at night?) but area was safe, and once in the hotel, was amazingly surprised and comforted. Inside the hotel was great attentive service, a great lobby, and a very comfortable room with everything one would need. Great night’s sleep! Walking distance to everything.

Beware card machine tricks

The hotel and its facilities were excellent, and breakfast was tasty. The part of town leaves a little to be desired - especially the elevated section of dual carriageway outside the windows. However, I felt this was a good booking and I was pleased - until reception tried the Dynamic Currency Conversion trick on me, ‘helpfully’ selecting pounds instead of euro for payment before handing me the machine. Upon objection, they did it again. Then I was told it was management policy. This would have cost me 4p extra per pound on my bill, and is sharp practice if not a scam. I should not have had to ask three times to settle my bill in the local currency. A pity.

good for short stays

the rooms look nice and very apartment like , its good to have fridge and kitchen utilities i was happy toes that . the coffee was replaced everyday but not the tea .they forgot to replace the the on my 10 days stay . the cleaning was not great as they don't wipe the floors you could tell . many days it just felt like they have just done the bed and left everything else. toilet was the same , no wiping the floor or anything . it felt airless . the breakfast was good , but you say your room number at entrance and then another lady comes and asks you . thats lack of communication . i have even up after that to say my room number at the entrance until the other lady asked , if staying long time i wouldn't recommend this one as you would like to stay somewhere fresh every day. it is good for short stays .

Very nice hotel close to everything

Vi var positivt overraskede da vi kom indenfor. Udefra lignede det i første omgang ikke et hotel. Alt var super godt. Service, rengøring mm. Vi havde egen tagterrasse på 6. sal. Vil gerne bo der igen.
