Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Not a good choice to stay

Our experience was horrible. Upon entering my son and I went to the master bed and there was a pubic hair on the bed along with a chard of glass. Notified mgmt and they said sorry we will tell cleaning to do a better job next time. Did not offer to send them to take care of the issue. Went to the pool and upon entering you immediately step into a bunch of pool chemicals that were spilled and left. The pool, hot tub and surrounding areas filled with leaves a bag of spilled cheetos and cobwebs. Wasps building nest in the non working waterfall of the hot tub.Hot tub does not have working jets. Bathrooms in that area filled with bugs, zero toilet paper, paper towels or soap. No play area.The gate does not work from the inside so you have to reach to the outside of the gate to enter code to leave. The couch in the condo has been worn down to wood for years from what reviews state and they still haven't replaced although fully aware of the issue. The master bed horribly loud and creaky. And the biggest complaint was the horrendous noise we experienced the last 2 nights from the guests above us. They allowed their children to run back and forth literally the entire 2 last days. Including 4 a.m. I could hear the noise even with earplugs in. To make things worse I read reviews prior to arrival and asked mgmt and they stated they haven't received complaints. I since went on and without even trying 8 reviews mentioning the noise issues. I told mgmt i have health issues and they lied.
