Great Property

This was a terrific property. The on-site accommodations were perfect for the kids that we had with us. The property owners were extremely easy to work with and very helpful. The property was just as listed and made our stay in Branson even better than we could have hoped. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Fun Branson trip

This was a fun place to stay on our recent trip to Branson. The kitchen had everything we needed and the two bathrooms were great. The windows in the additional sun room are not 'weight bearing.' We just kept the sliding glass doors closed and pretended that room didn't exist because I was afraid my young children would fall out of the windows.

Quick Trip

Location good for being close to everything on Highway 76 however a bit of a drive to Silverdollar city which was our destination but not really a problem. The condo needs a deep clean behind the beds and especially the carpet. However, a decent place to stay for a couple nights. You do need to take turns taking a shower because you run out of hot water fairly quickly. The glass porch area is definitely a nice addition. The chairs are a bit uncomfortable, however. Communication with the owner/manager is excellent. And I did like the fact that it was a gated community.

Safe family friendly get away

This property worked well for our family including adults and teenagers. We were able to come and go and enjoy the attractions and always feel safe in our gated community. The pools were nice and the condo was just as advertised. Communication with property management was quick and efficient, we couldn't have asked for more on our vacation.

2 night stay

Short visit to branson and silver dollar city before a visit in Springfield. Had everything we needed, had 6 in our party but could have slept 8 maybe 9. We weren't in room much but would be comfortable for us all if we would have been. Pool and clubhouse a short walk. Gate attendant was very friendly and helpful at check in.

Family vacation

Overall nice place to stay. Carpet needs to be deep cleaned or replaced because after awhile our feet were black from walking around on it. The hot water was not always long lasting for a shower and would get extremely hot when someone else ran water in the condo at the same time. However, the resort is nice with a great pool area. We had plenty of towels, soaps, etc. Owner was very nice and easy to work with. We would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect location!

We could not have asked for a better spot. Only minutes from Branson and College of the Ozarks. So much to do right at the property - swimming, hot tub, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center, hiking, biking, running, fishing, and golfing. Wonderful spot with everything we needed. All dishes and linens provided and condo was good size for our family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Great view overlooking the golf course. We got to know the greens crew and they let us fish before the golfers came - bass and bluegill in the ponds. So cool! The only negative was we felt the condo itself could have been cleaned a little better, but we clean hotels as a summer job, so we really notice that stuff. Having said that, though, we would definitely stay there again!

This place was exactly as advertised! The community and ammenities were great! The condo itself had board games for my kids to play and a full size washer and dryer. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Convenient location with beautiful views

A conveniently located two-bedroom, two bath condo in the Point Royal part of Branson, MO. It has ample parking and is a quick walk to the club house to access clubhouse amenities. The owners were quick to respond to any question we had before and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday just relaxing in the comfy couches and making our own meals. The condo has all the simple necessary items for creating your own meals in the kitchen. The bedrooms are amply supplied with extra blankets and pillows since we were there during a cold spell. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. We would stay in the Point Royal subdivision again on our travels to Branson, MO.

Great Stay and Access to Everything

This was a great condo location for our family Christmas trip. From Silver Dollar City to the Landing, we were able to easily access everything and avoid traffic. We loved having access to the pool, and while it was never crowded, there was a great atmosphere of other families and children to play with. Communication with the owner was nearly instantaneous and more than helpful. The carpeting could use an update, as others has stated, but everything else was clean and accommodating. The enclosed porch was nice. While a little too chilly on the 30° days that we had, this is a really nice bonus area for a warmer days.

Nice short stay

We stayed for a long weekend over Veterans day to go to Silver Dollar City for the Christmas lights. This was very conveniently located for both Silver Dollar City and everything we wanted to do in Branson. Also nice that it was in a secure gated community. The condo itself was comfortable and nicely decorated, only recommendation would maybe be some new carpet, it had several stains. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Visit to Branson and the Ozarks

The property was located in a very nice vacation golf community. It is in good condition and has everything that we needed. We have enough room for everyone and truly enjoyed our stay. The place is about 15 minutes drive to the nearby attractions and about 5 minutes to the Table Rock Dam and state park. It is very convenient for us to visit all the places in the surrounding area. I highly recommend the property to other traveling families.
