We had a good overall stay at this location but it did have some drawbacks. 1) The first of which is the air conditioner in the honeymoon suite. It sounds like an engine ramping up and only runs for a couple of minutes and then shuts off again so if it wakes you up, you don't have long enough to get used to the sound and fall asleep before it stops again and wakes you back up. 2) The balcony is nice but only one side had a door that opened and it was right up by the bed and a very tight squeeze. 3)The property is outdated and the carpet looked like it was in the process of being replaced but there was no construction noise. 4) Silver Dollar City is very close, they offer a shuttle but we didn't go, so be prepared to hear rides and the train. If you don't mind the sound, it's kind of cute to hear the kids having fun. 5) The shower wouldn't get water temperature hot enough to shower in so we just waited until we got home to shower. Now for the good: 1) Breakfast was good and the service was great! 2) The staff was very sweet and helpful 3) The tub worked just as it should and was a nice addition. I'm not sure if we'll be back but it's not a terrible option for a close to home stay.

The balcony door lock was broken, and the balcony view did NOT match the advertised view. The AC worked well, but was noisy when it kicked on.

Loved how close we were to SDC, but that was about it. The rooms were a decent size. We did find a baby cockroach in our bathroom. The food there also wasn’t great and the service was bad. Seemed like they just didn’t have enough people working. Having the voucher ended up being kind of annoying because it felt like we had to eat there since we already paid for it, even though we didn’t like the food or service.

Same price for 1 or 2 adults in king room. My mistake by saying 1 adult. Would not give us food for next day. Wouldn't want it anyway. Food sucks wait staff sucks. Floor is safety hazard. Tripped on tile sticking up at bottom of steps.

Only 1 dining ticket for 3 people staying in the room. The rooms need to be updated they are outdated. Carpets in the hallways were dingy. I came back from Silver Dollar City with family, and the room keys had been deactivated had to go up to the front desk and was told that they had a big party that they deactivated their room keys, and they deactivated mine as well. My room was not near theirs. The area for kids to play needs to be updated the two toys are outdated.

The breakfast deal is confusing and you have to order off of the $5 adult menu, anything else, you have to pay extra for that. And it doesn't work with the "gift card" they give. The meal for $5 is terrible quality. We ate one morning of our 2 night stay and did not go back the next day. It's scammy feeling. Rooms are rough looking but clean.

The $5 breakfast was very disappointing. The coffee was old and cold. The French toast was cold and lacked flavor, eggs were slimy, gravy was spongy, biscuit was stale. The bacon was good.
