Newly renovated first floor unit. A few blocks from the Boston Convention Center and right next to the Broadway red line train station. Updated two bedroom, one full bath, washer, dryer, brand new kitchen, central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, limited parking spots but plenty of street parking.

This is a really nice place conveniently located in South Boston. Very close to Logan airport, Flynn Cruise Port, and everything in Seaport and downtown.

Booking was very easy and the owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. Very well kept and in a great location, walking distance to Southie restaurants and the Broadway T stop for easy transportation throughout the city. This place worked out great for us on a weekend trip to Boston to visit family. Great location. Peter was an excellent communicator throughout. We really appreciated our morning walk to Whole Foods to get food for the day. The place was well stocked with cooking essentials and the bathroom shampoo/body wash was helpful since I forgot mine. Overall, had a great stay in Boston! The hosts were friendly and were great with communication from the start. They were flexible with an early check-in which was a great added bonus. Kitchen and bathroom was stocked with everything we needed for the few days we were there. The unit was close to the restaurants and bars which made nightlife easier. Our favorite spot was Capo Restaurant. Would happily stay again!

Cozy Condo near the Subway Station

My family loved the condo during our stay in Boston. The owner was very fast in responding to my questions, and the condo was well-appointed with soap and shower items, ample towels, and kitchen necessities. We got a lot of steps in each day, and the condo is within a five-minute walk from a subway station, microbrewery, doughnut/ pizza shop, and multiple restaurants. We had a great overall experience!
