I made my reservation through Hotels.com. I made it for two rooms but upon check-in it only allowed for me to check into one room. We then needed to go back to check into the other room. Secondly, the original price given to me by Hotels.com was what I expected, I didn’t expect to have a bill of $200+ more from the hotel. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast. The staff were always very polite. The pool was quite cold but the exercise room was clean and comfortable.
