Great place to stay

The home is beautiful, the bed is comfortable slept like a dream, the owner is really nice, had cake baked it tasted amazing, love the neighborhood and the locals they were so friendly and helpful. Also the other guests were friendly. I would definitely stay here again

Great place with comfortable, friendly vibe

Dan's place in Dorchester (Homestay, Harvest St.) is very nice. Room #2 where I stayed is right next to the bathroom. The spacious room has several windows, a tv, a fan, and a desk. The wifi is very strong. Keurig coffee or bags of tea in the morning. (There is also some food, but I didn't need it.)

Convenient place

Great experience. Nice owner gives useful advice in advance on what to expect and how to get there. All very practical and easy. Location perfect for access to Metro system for much of Boston. Mall nearby for food etc.

Very satisfied

10 min walk from Andrew metro station made this very convenient. On the way from the metro to the BnB, there are three little (!) Polish grocery stores, which I found very convenient and kind of fun. Walking felt safe. The place was very functional and clean. Nice bathroom. Good wifi and TV. Room is simple. One morning I stayed there the outside temp the temp was 12 F outside; the room was so toasty, despite all hesitations I had to open the window. So all in all, very good experience. The welcome email when I arrived was a bit offputting, but upon second thought, it looks like someone else than the guy who runs the place wrote it. Get over it, and you will have a nice stay. Very good price performance ratio; II would go again the next time I am in Boston.

I had a flight be delayed overnight and thankfully this property was available! I just needed a room for the night and this room was perfect! Room, bathroom and kitchen area were all super clean! My bedroom was very simple but came equipped with a fan and a desk which came in handy! Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Despite the contrast with the BnB down the south, this place is, in the most basic term, a bed and breakfast. Situated somewhere outside Downtown Boston, it gives a lot of reason to enjoy your stay. It’s a couple blocks away from a local coffee shop, bar, cinema & shopping center so there’s always something to do. It is a couple miles away from the heart of the city, so there’s a lot more to explore outside the neighborhood. The owner was very accommodating and the house rules were straight to the point. If you’re looking for a quick in-n-out situation, then this is the perfect place for you! I would definitely come here again.
