I chose this hotel because it's a few miles from the airport. The website said there is an airport shuttle. When I arrived I found out I needed to pay $100 before I could check in (even though I paid my reservation online). The hotel clerk also told me there was no airport shuttle and the Continental Breakfast was not free. I expected more from a Holiday Inn.
