Rooms were clean but nothing extraordinary. One elevator was broken that was a dream… Room heater was loud and obnoxious all night… We got a trespassing notice on our car yet they never asked up to register the car. Pool seemed to be lots of fun for the kiddos!

The good: front desk employees were pleasant and gave speedy service for check in, and the hot chocolate bar in the lobby was a very nice touch! The not so good: the room was outdated and not very clean - dusty, tv remote was sticky and had food crumbs between all of the buttons, the bathroom had hair from the last guest in the shower and on the floor, and the pullout bed seemed to have been slept in and then just folded back out without the bedding being changed. We also didn't have a great experience with the shuttle: we arrived 10 minutes before the departure time and the bus was almost full, though there were still seats. The driver told us we wouldn't fit and needed to wait for the next shuttle time. I told him we couldn't wait (flight times) and that we would hold our luggage on our laps and that half of our party was already seated on the bus, but they still said we couldn't get on. A front desk employee overheard and offered to pull up a second bus for the same departure time. The driver for the second bus (which also ended up completely full, so obviously there was a need for two busses for the same timeslot) told us to leave our luggage and he would load it for us, so we did. As he gets on to the bus to drive away, another guest notices there are still 3 bags (2 of ours, and 1 for another guest on the bus) outside that weren't loaded. The driver then huffed and puffed and seemed VERY annoyed to have to go get the bags and basically threw them on to the bus.

The room was very clean, my husband was flying in at 8, we used the shuttle service to pick him up, the driver was a young gentleman from Colombia (sorry i forgot his name) he was awesome! Prompt and so friendly. Breakfast was excellent... We would stay here again.
