The Arcadian Hotel was very quite and clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed the location and it was nice being able to use the train to get downtown and to the baseball game.

Check in was 4pm. We arrived at 630 and the front desk had to check to make sure our room was ready?!?! If checkin is 4pm shouldn’t rooms automatically be ready for guest to show up….. then when we got to our room our A/C was working. Of course no other room available. Maintenance came about a 1/2 hour later not before we had to prop our door open as it was cooler in the hallway than our room. They got the A/C running; but it went off several times thru the night and got warm again in the room.
