"I asked for Non-smoking and confirmed non-smoking. But they gave me smoking room. Absolutely disgusting place. 3rd world unclean hotel. Do not recommend. Boogers on floor and wall. Torn carpeting. Cigarette burns. Sleep dressed. Sheets and blankets stained."

"The parking was convenient, staff at check in was very nice and the room carpet was updated. That's the best I can say. We booked here for the hot tub, but it wasn't working. Pool room was dilapidated. For both rooms, light switch to enter room didn't turn any lights on, so we had to enter a dark room alone (sister's room was on a different floor). Room smelled musty, toilet seat was cracked, shower was tiny, no water pressure so i could barely wash my hair, no soap or shower gel for shower, robe hook was just sitting next to sink, no bedside lamp on one side, and bed had seen better days. The king was ok for a single person or two people would have rolled together or out! In my sister's room, the window shade was full of holes, very tacky looking and let light in. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing but eggs, biscuits, bagels, cereal. No bread, yogurt, or milk. They did have waffle maker but not sure if there was batter. Apple juice was very watered down. Was just happy to leave in the morning."
