Rooms are always clean along with the whole hotel, I love staying here each and every time I come home to visit my family. It is located by a Walmart and a lot of miscellaneous stores and restaurants.. Staff is always courteous and polite.

Location restaurants stores.The room was clean hotel was clean.Although they said they were going under a renovation, very clean will be returning in a couple of weeks.And staying here again. I will say because decatur is not a tourism town.I didn't understand why the pricing of the hotels are so high, but it's worth it here.

Thank you Hampton in Decatur

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton in Decatur after a 3 Hour Dr. from Chicago. It was greeted by a very pleasant young lady named Jasmine. She quickly checked me in and informed me that there was a Free shuttle for the concert I was attending that night. That was a pleasant surprise. The room was perfect; clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I didn’t get the name of the shuttle driver, but she was so nice. On our return, she was curious about our concert experience and was offering ideas about where to get a late night bite to eat. Very comfortable night sleep and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Again, I did not get her name, but the woman that was attending. The breakfast buffet was so engaging & helpful. Beth checked me out very efficiently, apologized for your renovation construction, and also was very pleasant and helpful. Kudos to your fabulous staff : Jasmine, Beth, shuttle driver and buffet attendant. I have told many people about my wonderful experience at the Devon and the Hampton Inn. I will definitely be returning. Look forward to seeing all of you again. Thank you, Karen Bromberger.
