Superior double room was fabulous, hotel was spotless. Spa facilities were great. Food in Hathaways was great too. Only negative and this isnt anything to do with hotel, just a personal gripe, there wasnt any beers that i particularly enjoy availabe on draughts. The bed and pillows weren’t very comfy and we could hear the entertainment while trying to get to sleep. The carpet was a bit dirty and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either. The food and room service was generally great but pizza was burnt on the underside and tasted charred. The WiFi was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The stay wasn’t terrible but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice hotel, good facilities, but lazy cleaning staff, first day cleaner, just changed towels and half attempted to make bed, next day knocked door at 2.50pm we asked her to come back in 20 mins as we were about to go out, she told us she was finishing at 3.00pm so really had no intention of cleaning our room, just being lazy, they need to educate there staff about customer service
