I booked this place during a family medical visit, hoping for a clean and smooth stay, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing.Clean room: This was the biggest issue. The bedsheets, pillows, and quilt had hair and even blood stains on arrival. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. I had to replace bedding myself using shared lockers, after a long wait, which is not acceptable.Host: Communication was responsive but mostly procedural. There was no immediate on-site support, no room change offered, and the resolution was delayed. I was even asked to manage used linens myself at one point. Overall, not guest-friendly.Amenities & experience: WiFi was unstable, which impacted my work. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell in the lobby from smoking. Basic conveniences like water, housekeeping clarity, and support were lacking.Shops nearby / location: Location was decent, but the overall experience inside the property overshadowed any benefit.Overall: Due to poor cleanliness, lack of proper support, and inconvenience during an already sensitive time, I would not recommend this stay. I would strongly suggest improvements in cleaning standards and guest service.
