This apartment has a wonderful view that's hard to beat. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the drains during our visit and so the smell of human faeces throughout our stay (despite keeping windows open) was off putting to say the least! Used diffusers and scented candles left behind in the apartment led us to believe this may not be the first time this has happened. The boiler is also on the blink and we had to keep re-lighting the pilot light to have any hot water or heating (we were there in late September). We contacted Wonderful Italy at the time and they agreed the smell probably was the drains, but advised us to "have a nice day!" which was neither empathetic or helpful. We've also contacted them since, to request a partial refund for the smell and having 24 hours without heating and hot water before we worked out how to fix the boiler. Unfortunately we've not heard anything from them. I will email again and then update this review once I know the outcome.
