Kids had fun at the waterpark. We went on an incredibly cold day but because the slides are all internal there weren’t shut down due to the cold. The arcade games upstairs were nearly all out of order which was a bummer. The bucket game in the waterpark was also not working. The room was clean, there just needs to be some maintenance done to the game room and pool area.

I got this room for the water park… well, it’s only open on the weekends during the off season. Needless to say I wasn’t thrilled about that. Then the whole pool area is closed so no hot tub either. The room was big, but terrible for layout. The tv way too small on such a gigantic wall. The bathroom door hits you if you are sitting on the toilet. Not very well thought out. Breakfast was very standard and nothing special, but better than some. FYI if it’s not I’m guessing may-end of aug, don’t plan on going to the water park unless it’s the weekend.

The waterpark was fantastic! Pools and the air temperature in the pool area aren't always warm enough for people to be comfortable, especially little ones. This place was warm (almost too warm at first but you do get used to it) and the pool temperature was perfect! The indoor hot tub was hot and the outside hot tub was just perfect.

Found some new years accessories and decorations stuffed behind the TV from previous occupants. Housekeeping didn't refresh the room at all. Pool staff could relax a bit, one fella was at a fast walk/slow jog for a good 30 minutes going around checking the pools. It was a good stay and the kids enjoyed it.

This was our 3rd weekend we’ve stayed. The room was great and clean, the waterpark was very clean and warm in there which was great. Staff were great help and kind, breakfast was great. No complaints. We had so much fun with our 3 year old twins! We can’t wait to go back!!

Place was great, kids loved it, room was clean and everything was nice. I personally hated the beds and thought they were super hard but the rest of the family thought they were fine. We will definitely stay again. Pool area was large enough to keep the kids plenty busy but not too big so you could see them pretty much the entire time.
