It is at a great location everything is close by, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, la Sagrada Família is steps away. However the service was terrible, the building you can tell is in the process of finishing refurbishing. One of the bedrooms had the curtain falling off, one of the bathrooms had the door coming off, the window in one of the bathrooms was falling off, the stove we were not able to turn it on, the doors were hard to close as they rubbed in the floor, the TV was not functioning, if you have Netflix then you are good. The communication was only via WhatsApp and not able to actually speak with someone. Even the website/app you are provided with you have to reset your pin every time. When i finally got a hold of someone they said they would send someone and no one came out. The bathroom furniture needs to be replaced as well. The washer and drier worked however to dry it took 2-3 hours and the clothes were still damp. We were a party of 6 and we were very comfortable as everyone had a bedroom, the pillows need to be replaced as they were very flat and a the couch seemed dirty, just little things that would have made the stay better, just to be able to talk to someone would have been better. Overall the location was great.
