In fact, the manager went out of his way to resolve things and I congratulate him for that. The staff generally were a mixture of inexperienced and helpful. An example being a couple of problems at breakfast, however with the evening meal ( which was for a special occasion), the restaurant manager in particular was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and totally transformed our stay from being quite mediocre to a lovely stay. It is worth mentioning that the quality of the food was excellent and the recommendation from the restaurant manager, spot on ! The suite that we had was very comfortable and although maybe in need of some redecoration in areas, it was a nice place to stay. On this occasion, we didn’t use the Spa so won’t comment on that. The final question being would I stay there again and I think the answer is a definite yes, overall we enjoyed our stay in a lovely hotel in a nice comfortable room."
