Love this hotel with its great location and closeness to Banff Avenue. The room was lovely: clean, quiet, well appointed. Thoroughly enjoyed the underground parking and especially being able to wash your car while there.

The two front desk staff Genete and Clara, were two of the rudest service people I have ever encountered! They were both full of attitude and disrespectful. I was simply explaining to them that my reservation was through Hotels.com and as a Gold Tier there were beverages included with my stay; it actually was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel when there were so many options.

Stayed at this hotel for a Christmas party and was amazed by the interior—newly renovated and very spacious. I initially underestimated it because of the exterior, but after my first stay, it has definitely become one of my favorite places to stay in Banff. We ended up extending for another night, and the staff were very accommodating in allowing us to keep the same room. The location is perfect, right in the center, and the underground parking is a huge plus during winter. Staff were wonderful. Highly recommended!

We stayed one night at Banff Park Lodge and had a great experience. The front desk team was friendly and welcoming, and the staff throughout the hotel were really nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet at Crave was excellent — so many good options! The location is also super convenient and close to everything in town. Overall, a wonderful stay!
