First is the excellent "Host" communication. Next is the size and amenities. It is furnished nicely with a well-equipped kitchen, a luxurious great room, an exceptionally comfortable bed and a whirlpool tub with a powerful shower. In addition, there is a full washer and dryer. Last, but not least, is the climate control which boasts of numerous vents allowing for a powerful even heat.

Cozy Getaway

The Hygge Suite was just what we needed to unwind and relax. The cozy vibe, decor, and quick access to Giants Ridge could not have been more perfect. The Suite was so great, we didn’t want to leave. I’m inspired to redecorate my entire house. I just loved the atmosphere. The hosts were terrific communicators and quick to respond with any questions. Definitely a five star experience. We hope to stay here again!

Wonderful Little Place for a Northwoods Experience

As a couple in our early 60's, we enjoyed our stay in the beautiful, updated "Hygge" villa. The amazing view of the lake out the patio door and calming decor provided a respite from a busy life. Jo was great with communication and worked to solve any issues we came across, quickly. The Hygge Suite's location makes it a great spot to relax in nature, golf, hike, and explore the region and we feel that we barely scratched the surface on all the area has to offer, so we hope to be back again soon.

Great stay!

It was wonderful, from the easy access and minimalist design to the fireplace and VERY close proximity to the ski resort (we walked to ski several times). Last time we came up to ski we stayed in the Villas rented by the resort itself and, while that was fine, the aesthetic and feel of this was a much better experience overall. Highly recommend!

Cozy, chic, and charming

We loved this stay from the moment we walked in the door until we had to say goodbye. The decor is impeccable, the mood is so comfortable, and the setting is perfect. The hosts were excellent with communication and truly have thought of everything you will need during your stay. We booked for 5 nights of R&R and that was exactly what we got! We will be back!

Visiting for a family funeral, and this was the perfect place to come back to at the end of each day. The only thing that could have made it better would have been nicer weather. It was clean, had everything you needed and had a great view of the water with loons calling at dusk. Peaceful plus a gorgeous environment.

Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hygge Suite and Giants Ridge. The condo was convenient to the ski hill and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We left our pup at home this time but appreciated the dog friendly touches. We look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the lake amenities as well!

Perfect

The Hygge Suite was the perfect spot for my wife and I. From the walk in throughout our stay it provided everything we needed in such a pleasing way. It is an intimate layout with thought put into every little thing. The view out the back is beautiful and the fireplace warm and bright. Things are in the right spot, convenient and comfortable. This will be one of out home away from home spots from now on.

So clean. So. So. So clean. They allow dogs but you would never know it. Beautiful space. Excellent communication with the host. All of the right amenities. I slept very comfortably on the couch. We will be back.

State ski trip

My parents traveled with us to watch their granddaughter race in the state alpine meet and wanted their own space. The condo was great, walk across the road to the ski hill for the race, and communication with owners was awesome!! Thanks!!

Easy and Relaxing

We had a wonderful time. The back door opens to a lake and trail for snowshoeing that was great across the bridge and through the woods. Skiing was easy across the street. The amenities are perfect with great kitchen accessories, coffee, and games to play by the warm fire. Thank you!

Great location for a ski weekend!

The Hygge Studio was the perfect place for our winter getaway up north. Easy access to hiking trails out the back door, and right across the street from Giants Ridge ski area. The hosts communicated well and were very accommodating. Dog friendly is a huge plus! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for skiing!

The Hygge Suite was perfect for our skiing weekend get a way. It was close to the ski hill, even within walking distance. It was very cute and cozy. We had everything we needed to cook meals. The bed was beautiful and very comfy. My husband also loved The Hygge Suite!!
