Told we could come after hours. Poor phone communication/guidance to the location. Then found out after we left that we were in the wrong room. Room not cleaned just new towels put out. At the same time thankful for the accomodation

Unsealed carpark. Not great location. Bed one best been at motel. Shower head and water was poor. No real milk that any other motel give you. Poor sky tv channels. No brush and dish washing soap. Toilet hold failing off. Over friendly guy when booked in trying get ratings. 3pm book in motel not 2pm. Gate close cant get in book in motel. Ring ask when coming book in motel. Motel booking close at 5pm so 2hours only.

A very clean and tidy establishment and modern for what is available in this price range that offered a very good price point with the Wotif discount. The only frustration I had was getting onto the secure property to get to the building to check in, but that was probably a good thing. Overall a easy 2 night stay in an area close options getting you to places in Auckland you need to be via direct access to the SW motorway.

New property with everything new. Not fully sorted yet. Need a bedside table both sides of the bed. TV new, but live TV app picture unstable and so unwatchable. No hooks or towel rail to hang towels. Need to add a small sharp knife to cut things like fruit and a small wash cloth to mop up spills or food crumbs. Need a small flannel to assist the ladies to wash their makeup off before bed. Too many manual doors which are awkward if you have any luggage. Lift new, set up incorrect. Stops an inch too high at ground level. Automatic door doesn’t open until you reselect G button and the lift moves a further inch down enabling the auto door sequence. Unusual button logic which needs a wall mounted guide to clarify the sequence of button pushes for normal operation. Maybe a wall picture to help soften what is a very clinical and minimalistic style room. More sugar and milk for guests. Designed from the outset to have effectively no staff. It’s a modern new building with a fresh paint smell still present. Only essentials provided, but offered as a low cost place to sleep. Not bad at all and certainly great value, but just attention to the details will improve things considerably. Overall very reasonable for the price.
