The staff! What a lovely place. Such amazing people in the lounge. The lounge in the evening for canapés and drinks was worth the extra price. Breakfast was awesome. Obviously location to the airport is a huge bonus.

Room neglected. 1 teaspoon for 2 people. Missing items in minibar. Staff average service. Restaurant staff not great. Steak was 1/3 fat. Asked the waitress to let the chef know. Which she did but with no comment from chef. Just was not a great hotel for the prices charged.

We stayed for one night due to an early morning flight and found the location to be extremely convenient. The Pullman is a beautifully presented hotel, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The room was immaculate, thoughtfully laid out, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable and couldn't not believe how quiet it was due being at the Airport The hotel offers 24-hour room service, as well as an onsite restaurant and bar, making it unnecessary to leave the property once checked in. The airport is conveniently located just a two to three-minute walk away, with car rental facilities equally close and easily accessible. We would highly recommend the Pullman and would certainly stay again in the future

Loved our stay here. Room was big and very comfortable. Big bath with walk-in shower and a separate toilet room. Always appreciated! Great breakfast with plenty of variety and options. Best of all, it was a 5 minute walk to the international terminal when we flew out the next day. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay the night before a flight or upon arriving.
