This gem is located just three blocks from several marinas with rental slips for fishing and recreational boats when you feel like hitting the water. Yet, you can have just as much fun staying right at home with the boat radio in the house to listen to fishing chatter, a landscaped yard to let your dogs run around in, chairs, and umbrellas. Be sure to stay out until the sun sets, as the ocean views are breathtaking.
