Worst experience possible. Not one to review harshly, but this needs to be shared- we had to leave after 5 minutes in the room. The building is located in the not best part of downtown and when we were walking up to building, there was several homeless on front steps & adjacent front porch. Not a big deal but then my 12 year old daughter got to witness a drug deal go down 5ft in front of us as tried to navigate to doors. We hurried in to be greeted by not so welcoming front desk staff & security guard that want proof of everything raising alarms of safety more. Once we got to floor of room the hallway was putrid of weed smell and smoke. We hurried into room and walked around for a min, then checked balcony to which unleashed another awful odor of weed that creeped into the room. We tried to adjust air to see if it would filter and cool as room was hot and messaged host. no response. Contact VRBO and they tried to reach host. no response. We had to leave, my wife and daughter did not feel safe and no one could stand the smell any longer. We left and in process of getting in car parked next to building we got to se another drug deal / exchange in broad daylight. We left and never looked back.. The host did not get back to us till next day when i explained we left & why. The host immediately stated there would be no refund, that I was prejudice and should start helping the homeless. First time ever had a host insult me and my family and did it via text thread on the app! AVOID!!

Nice place

Small but very nice and cozy. We had two people staying there (One in the bed, the other on the sofa) and I don’t think it would work well for more people than that unless they were really close. The only complaint I would have is that needing to do that long combination on the lock when entering or exiting was a pain! Other than that, the place was fine!

The check in was a bit frustrating as the concierge didn’t have our names. It took awhile but they were able to contact the owner. I spoke to her, she was very helpful and apologized for the confusion. The condo was comfortable, the blinds in the bedroom are broken and the toilet seat needs to be fixed. Overall though it was a nice place. Very central to everything. It’s a very friendly, welcoming place. I’d definitely stay there again!

Stellar Host!!

Our stay was wonderful! I had questions for the host before our arrival and she not only answered them promptly, she was incredibly detailed in her response and check-in/check-out instructions...which made everything go smoothly. Even during our stay, she was quick to respond and incredibly helpful! The building concierge is very generous and helpful - especially James! Parking was available in the rear of the building for a daily fee, but that was expected. If you're the cautious type, just know that we could see our car from the balcony of our suite. We had no issues with tickets or booting. There was no noise problem whatsoever, and the building feels like more of a hotel than just condominiums! Atlanta has its share of characters and homeless, but so does every major city! (We're from Los Angeles). We never once questioned our safety and security during our stay. When we've stayed elsewhere in Atlanta, that wasn't always the case. My wife and I were here for almost a week in July '24 and intend to book with the host again...hopefully the same suite!

300 Peachtree Apartment

The first day was terrible! They did not have us on their list to stay. Front desk was not helpful at all. I had to call host and have her call the front desk Vrbo was not cleat with directions or parking! It took us over 1 hour to check in. The surrounding of the building is not safe. I was going to fox theatre after we checked in to get tickets for Hamilton but with all the problems we had checking in and parking fee, I was too late to get the tickets because they had sold out by the following day. The building is a 1962 model. The building smelled fine with now old smell. It was pretty close to the aquarium, centineal park, etc There were a lot of homeless that were hanging out in front that would harass you when you went outside.There was a situation yesterday evening with a bunch of young kids bickering and fighting on baker street and parking lot you park in for Over four hours! No police officers to contain the groups!!

Everything was just as described. Unit was cleaned, well stocked. Furniture and bedding very comfortable. Communication with host was amazing. Love that part of proceeds go towards family in need. Will definitely book this unit again as I visit GA for business monthly.

I stayed here for a Convention, and what can I say, it was a very beautiful place to stay, the Living room is nice and clean, the bedroom is nice and spacious, the bathroom was amazingly clean, and the kitchen was well organized. I would have to say that I would stay here again for the next convention. Wonderful, Just wonderful.

The directions lead me to the back side of the partaking lot so the picture was helpful in letting me know I was in the right location. The concierge staff was great in providing quality directions and tips about the area/ The refrigerator was clean and it was easy to get in out of the unit with the passcode; the overall stay was ok. I just desired it to be a little cleaner. There were marijuana butts on the patio and the trash has not been dumped from the previous guest the tub glazing has peeled off and the furniture was dusty.

Short Business Trip

Central location to sightseeing and the business location I needed to go to. Safe condo towers. Quick response from landlady regarding missing towels. Condo had everything needed (kitchen equipment, etc) to make it livable for a few days. Nice furniture, wifi, entertainment equipment; appreciated the balcony. Although the apartment was clean, it could do with a deep clean and a declutter of the closets.

Conveniently located to major attractions.

This condo is conveniently located about 10 minutes from all of the major Atlanta attractions. A very easy walk to the Aquarium, Coca Cola, Civil Rights Museum and Mercedes Benz Stadium. The condo is also located within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Inside the condo is a perfect size for two people. The deck has a gorgeous view of the evening sunset!

Great condo, centrally located

Condo was perfect for our quick get away to Atlanta. Everything was easy as advertised. Will definitely be coming back. Note: $30 a day for parking so add that to your budget for your next stay downtown.

Clean and comfortable

I've stayed in many units in this building. This one was more updated and better furnished than others I've rented in the past. Everything was clean and fresh. The furniture was comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the porch was an added bonus. Check in and out was easy, and the owner provided all the internet and tv information in advance. Great place to stay!

Totally worth it

This condo was perfect for our Atlanta trip. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk, LYFT or drive to everything we did. The condo itself is really nice and well appointed. It was clean and comfortable, and the concierge staff was all very nice. The home owner was always quick with any questions we had, and did check in to make sure everything was good; which it was. I would definitely stay here again. A tremendous value in the heart of the city.
