The hotel is a boutique hotel, so it’s sort of quirky. The room was large and clean and well kept. The staff were friendly. We appreciated the free coffee in the lobby, the water bottles in the room, replaced daily, the well lit open stairway, the Tiny Lou’s restaurant on prem, the comfortable lobby, the attentive doormen, and the rooftop bar. All excellent.
The neighborhood is noisy, especially at night.
The room was darkish, even with all the blinds up. The staff was responsive when our remote did not work. And the valet parking (which we did not use because we did a prior visit) was expensive ($50/night!).
