Malcolm was beyond great! Very helpful and pleasant. I booked a room from 5/20 checking out 5/22. I called the evening of 5/20 and spoke to Thomas. I told him I would be checking in about 7-8 am on 5/21. He told me that would not be a problem. I booked a day early to ensure I could check in early on 5/21, since I was told this was the only way to do an early check in. When I arrived I was told I was a no show and had to be charged an additional $50.00 for early check in, even though I had already been charged for the night before. When I went to the room, it was still dirty and possibly had someone in the shower. Malcolm gave me a different room, which was ok. The carpets and chair were very dirty with a lot of stains on them. The bathroom was on the dirty side and the shower floor was peeling. This stay served it purpose but I am a little disappointed with the Hilton name on this stay.

The air quality was terrible. My room's air conditioner was broken and the maintenance man lied and said it worked fine, but it'll take him 2 hours to fix if I want it fixed. Of course, I complained and was moved to another room with the same issue. The hotel is old and needs an upgrade. I will never stay there again. It aggravated my wife's asthma our entire stay. And don't book through a third party because they will not do anything to accommodate you.

The hotel did not have a business center which is a first for me. The room was stuffy because there is no airflow and the windows do not open. I will stay at the other local Hilton in the future because it has sliding glass doors to a balcony.

It was a very pleasanat. The staff reached out several times via text asking if I needed anything. The bed was very comfortable. The only minor things is that the photo had a couch in the room, but my room only had a chair. I preferred the coach for guests.
