Staff were unhelpful at check in. The room was enough for the night before my flight. It had towels. Bathroom poor design as it got everything wet.

Perfectly situated in the terminal and Incredibly clean. What I would say is that additional features (e.g breakfast) are limited. But with an M&S in terminal this wasn’t an issue.

Very polite and helpful staff. Room clean and very comfortable. Shuttle service with clear and online timetable. Bar with great service and good food. Would recommend for a place to stay before/after flight at Gatwick airport
