I accidently booked this hotel and immediately realized it was incorrect. The hotel was unwilling to refund. I intended to stay at the Bristol airport where the accommodations were excellent, much less expensive. Paid for this hotel that I never stayed at because I would have missed my trip connections and the one in Bristol for the same night. I would not recommend a hotel that does not honor the need to make a correction if something is determined to be an error immediately after purchase.

Great location for flying in/out of airport thru Virgin Atlantic and very nice hotel; clean and decent sized rooms and good bathroom with nice shower.

convenient after our flight and before our next one. Perhaps a restaurant that is open 24/7 would be nice or open longer as there was no food for us upon arrival, only the pub. A fridge in the room would of been nice, as we had items that needed to be refrigerated.But a nice hotel
