Well-located airport hotel with good amenities and friendly service. Some staff members had accents that were difficult to understand and so despite calling day before arrival our sofa bed was not made, tv not working and had to be fixed, etc. however kind staff members made sure everything worked out in the the.

Convenience near to Gatwick Airport and the shuttle service to the hotel for £4.50 one way or £8.00 round trip. Room was clean and the hotel have a restaurant with a menu with razonable prices. I don't like the front desk service, they were not friendly and including the shuttle driver, he was very rude.

Great stay near Gatwick. Very convenient transportation to LGW for 4€ running every 15 min. Clean rooms, helpful staff and great restaurant on property! We would highly recommend.

The shower head kept falling down, so we had to hold it in one hand and attempt to shower one-handed. The toilet wouldn't flush. Thank goodness we didn’t have to poop. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable.

Getting to the hotel was easy using the HOPPA Bua from Gatwick. Great location as there was a Tesco a half mile away and a Gregg’s even closer for some snacks and sandwiches. There’s a park a short walk away so it was nice to stretch our legs after being on a plane for so long. The room was perfectly adequate for sleeping in between a couple of flights.
