Satisfactory short stay

The internet connection in the room was weak. Noise from a neighbouring room was very annoying as there was a locked door between teo rooms. The lift didn't work for the entire stay. Bad quality of coffee at the breakfast and little choice of food.

Welcome to the 1980's, probably the last time is was shown a lick of paint, or in some cases cleaned. Floors stick in restaurant, tables sticky. Just seems unloved.

There was cobwebs in the room and the spare pillow that was in the cupboard had a blood stain on it was a bit noisy with the seagulls in the morning not that this is the hotels problem..

Room was nice, but window open to the top of the property roof..not to much view. Food was ok, would be better more option. Easy to access to the beach on a nice forest way. Anyway we were feeling good. Price is good.

We’ve stayed here numerous times, it’s our go to place to stay in Bournemouth. Value for money. The rooms are basic but clean and with free parking. It’s a leisurely 20 minute stroll to the main shopping centre/beach/gardens. We finally got to use the pool on this visit! Was lovely to check out but still use the pool before we actually left. Thank you!

Not the best stay experience.

The best thing: free parking option and free self-catering coffee/tea service every evening until 10:00pm. The worst things: rooms not properly cleaned and dusty, bed mattress uncomfortable, lack of maintenance, restaurant food quantity should be improved.

I enjoyed my stay and it was a great location. All staff were all friendly and helpful and I thought the pool was excellent. The room I stayed in (104) had seen better days. In particular the bathroom wasn't of a standard I'd expect. The tap dripped, there was nothing to stop things disappearing down the basin wastepipe and I found the bath very difficult to get out of as there was nothing on the righthand side to hold onto or to use as a rest to lever oneself out of the bath. I suggest a grabrail, particularly as a lot of your guests appear to be elderly. An oddity was that there were a few hotspots on the floor of the bathroom and the bedroom.
