Rooms were updated and clean, everything felt fresh and it feels like a new building overall. Comfortable lobby with 24/7 tea and coffee and a lot of outlets for electronics. Very, very good location right next to Loudoun Station shopping center, walking distance so very convenient. Breakfast was satisfactory. There's only really one available hot dish but it was okay. Front desk was really friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in was clean, however, the beds were so uncomfortable. The room was also insanely hot and would not cool down which made it challenging to sleep. Finally, the pillows were awful it would have been better sleeping on the floor. Overall, we were not satisfied with this stay which is sad because the last Tru we stayed at was lovely. This hotel however, was rather disappointing. Even the breakfast was yucky. The oatmeal was just glorified water, the orange juice was so watered down it was nasty, and the blueberry muffin was so cold it tasted almost frozen. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again, especially since we were supposed to be given a discounted rate but were refused. It was a waste of my hard earned money.
