Renovated one-bedroom flat for 4 people, right on the seafront, with direct access to the beach
Charming, fully renovated one-bedroom flat measuring 25 m², sleeping up to 4 people. Ideally situated right on the seafront with direct access to the beach.
Private parking space included with the flat.

This flat comprises a kitchenette equipped with a microwave/grill, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, two-ring electric hob, and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a toilet, a vanity unit and a shower.

The bright living area includes a new sofa bed, a television and a dining table with chairs for four people. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a chest of drawers for extra storage.

Outside, a sunny terrace with garden furniture, an electric griddle and a manual awning offers a pleasant view of the trees, all facing due south.

Ideally situated, this flat is just a stone’s throw from the water and only 300 metres from the town centre. Street parking is free from 1 October to 31 May. From 1 June onwards, you can park easily and free of charge in the adjacent streets.

Bien situé

Belle résidence, proche de la mer et du centre ville. Le point négatif d'importance : le bruit du passage des voitures est très gênante toute la journée. Cette rue n'était pas piétonne malheureusement ! Une place de parking pourrait peut-être être louée également car le parking souterrain était vide , dommage puisque tout est payant à Arcachon. Nous avions fait la demande à l'agence sans succès.
