I was in a pinch to find a room close to Disneyland (within walking distance to Downtown Disney) that was not sold out for the holiday weekend on very short notice, and this place was available for a good price. The property has a homey style vibe to it with rose bushes, porch tables, and chairs throughout. Free parking and a free simple breakfast were a plus. The rooms appeared to be well-maintained and good-sized. We did have a noisy AC unit, and the large mini-bar, on the second day, decided it was going to make random noises.

Clean room. Wonderful staff! The room had thin walls could hear every thing our neighbors said and the one above walking. It’s a super short walk to Disneyland and a good bargain with free breakfast and parking.

Great hotel for a great price. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was better than we expected and the pool/hot tub area was nice. Close to Disney, 5 minute uber and maybe a 20 minute walk. 100% we would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival we were told the hotel was short staffed and our room wasn't ready. We came back later to find our toilet had fecal matter all over the seat! Staff handed us a tube of Clorox wipes since they had no housekeeping available. When cleaning the toilet we discovered the wall above the toilet had black mold growing on it! We went back to the front desk who sent a maintenance man to confirm. They were sold out of rooms so we had to find another hotel last minute which of course the prices had skyrocketed for same day check in. I will say the staff was very nice and did accommodate a full refund but the cleanliness of this hotel was less than "quality"

We loved our stay at this property. If you are going to Disneyland, this is the place. It's only about a 15 min walk to get to the security checkpoint for the park. Plenty of free parking, a great breakfast with yogurt, fruit, waffles, danishes, donuts, eggs and sausage. Truly was everything you needed. The room was clean and had plenty of room. Loved the shower pressure in the bathroom. The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the general manager and Karen. They made sure we had coffee ready for us when we returned from the park and even refunded our money when we decided to leave early because the weather was so bad. We go to Disneyland a few times a year and this will definitely be our go to from now on.
