Pros: close to Disneyland, walking distance. Close to Denny’s and other eateries walking distance. Beds were comfortable we had the family room with bunk beds which was spacious. You can text with the staff if needed which is convenient. Close to 5 freeway. Nice size pool at the hotel. Room service and valet were nice and helpful. Cons: parking is very crowded, self-parking is limited so you have to use valet unless you self park and never move your car. You will have your car moved in and out by valet because there are more cars than spots so they double park the cars. Rooms are old style. TV has no good channels for kids and the connection is bad and gets no/low signal. The wifi is weak you have to use your 5g/LTE to do anything. Carpet is dirty if you don’t wear socks your feet get dirty.

We love this hotel! A perfect place to stay for larger families that is budget friendly and directly across the street from Disney entrance! The rooms are always clean, the pool is always clear and the staff are great with managing your vehicle for you.

Check in was a challenge since my daughter and grandchildren arrived earlier than me. She did not have my credit card, so was not allowed to check in at first, despite a text message I had gotten earlier that said it wouldn't be a problem. Finally, several minutes into the check in process the clerk found a way to allow her access to our room. I arrived just in time to give my credit card before the clerk that finally helped was off duty.

We usually like staying here because of how close it is to Disneyland, but the parking is terrible. There are not enough parking spots so the attendant double parks the cars leaving you blocked in. We have always put up with it, but now they have raised parking to over $35 dollars a night. Not really worth it anymore.
