Location, location, location. Couldn't be better for exploring Amsterdam. Highly recommend room 401. Top floor, roomy and extremely quiet since it's the only room on that floor. Friendly and kind staff. Reasonable rate for Amsterdam. Can't recommend highly enough.

The atmosphere was sketchy, the carpet was stained and the hallways noisy. Although we had previously checked in we still had to wait to get our keys. We only had a brief layover in Amsterdam so waiting was not ideal.

Great service and great location. Unfortunately, the rooms are outdated and would need major renovations to fit the descriptions in the photos on Hotel.com site. Dirty old carpet floors, old furniture and dirty walls. Same for the bathroom. Discusting!
