Very Cozy Hilly Hideaway Cabin near Petoskey, Boyne Falls, Harbor Springs

This cabin has two bedrooms, one bath, living room with a pull-out bed, kitchen, laundry room, a large outdoor area with bonfire area, gazebo and a deck for breathtaking Michigan sunrises and sunsets. This cabin can accommodate 5-6 persons, ideal for couples or small families/friends. There are lots of outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the outdoors and late summer nights by the campfire.

There's much to do here. In the summer enjoy July 4th Parade, Crooked River, Firefighters Annual Car Show, Alanson Riverfest, movies in the park, boating, golfing, antique hunting, fishing and the Inland Water Route Historical Society Museum.

Winter activities are also vibrant here. There's Skiing at Nub’s Nob and Boyne Highlands which is about 5 minutes away, ice fishing and Snowmobiling/ skiing straight from the front door.

This cabin is near to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Indian River, Boyne Fall/Mountains, Charlevoix and Mackinaw City.

Nice cabin

The cabin was very nice. However the toilet had been used prior to our arrival and not flushed/cleaned. The rest of cabin was nice. However, the garbage can was at the street , overflowing and had not been emptied in several weeks. Garbage all over property. The putside was very unkept and overgriwn.

Great place for the money!

We were very happy to have found this property. It was not immaculate. But it offered what we needed, and we enjoyed the seclusion and ability to stay in a home rather than a cramped hotel room. Perks: games, tv programs, fully stocked with amenities (spices, charcoal, soaps, detergents, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, etc.) had fans/portable a/c units, mini cornhole, a charcoal grill, hot shower with great water pressure, washer & dryer, & fire ring available. Beds were comfortable as well! Downside: slightly unkempt yard, deck wobbly/loose boards, bad ant issue in kitchen, & kitchen stocked but disorganized, making cooking difficult, broken gutter directly above entryway door, & yard umbrella not in working order. Overall, this home still has some improvements to be made. But it had what our family needed, and the price was right! Would stay again.
