Upon entering my hotel room, I immediately noticed a stain on the blanket. After checking the rest of the bedding, I saw that all of the linens had mold. I called the front desk to request a replacement blanket, but the attendant never brought one. I ultimately had to go to the front desk myself to retrieve it. Additionally, the bulbs on the desk lamp did not work, and they were not replaced until the following day. The next morning, I went to work out, but nearly all of the gym equipment was either rusted or not functioning. Based on my experience, I would strongly suggest avoiding this location.

Room was decently clean, however the towel rack was broken and the knob to turn on the shower was broken off. We could only take a bath. There was no type of breakfast, even though there is continental breakfast listed in their list of amenities, not even a breakfast you could pay for. The in-house restaurant and bar were never open the entire weekend. The main reason I chose this hotel for my birthday weekend was the hot tub and pool. The pool was filthy and was actually warmer than the “hot” tub which was ice cold. You could actually see thick dirt around the edges of the pool floor and there was a film on the water surface that included hair. When I mentioned these issues to the staff they insisted the hot tub had been fixed…even though it was ice cold…and acted completely non-chalant and didn’t even offer any apology. When I went to the front desk to ask for a couple extra towels, I was told they didn’t have any. This hotel, this whole weekend, was a complete joke and colossal waste of money. Not a very happy birthday after all; the Radisson ruined my weekend.
