I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. At check in, I was informed that the hotel ran out of key cards, so the staff would have to escort me to my room and let me in. Entirely unacceptable. I should have left then. The room reeked of cigarettes masked with air freshener. It was nauseating. Air conditioning unit was loud. Carpets were filthy. Sheets and bathroom appeared clean, otherwise I would have left. Was glad to get out of there.

The curtains we’re hanging off the curtain rod. There were hand smears of chocolate (or something) on the wall. The bathroom door wouldn’t fully open because either the door was incorrectly hung or the floor was raised and last but certainly not least, I was bitten over 14 times by bedbugs. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

The hotel was not maintained well. Various aromas in halls and in the room. Room door damaged so security lock did not work....
