I made a reservations on line. When i got to the location they asked if i had stayed at the place next door, when i answered yes they pretended to look at the computer and said I'm on the do not rent. One,they didn't even make it look like the were actually looking, and 2 i have never rented at an econo lodge so i asked why they couldn't give me an answer. They put myself and kids on the streets for the night.

The toilet was not workin, it was backing up clear to the edge,they did fix after i tokd them. There is a gap in the door so light from hall shines through . There was only 1 working lock on door and the room was suppose to be a non smoking room and it wasnt. You coukd smell smoke .

Check in went fine. Went to the room, non-smoking, stale smoke filled the room. Floors had cracks and pieces missing. Stains on bedding. Toilet handle wasn't even connected. Went right back to the front desk and checked out. They did however fully refund. But this place, albeit inexpensive, isn't even worth it at the price.

Never again, even for $70

Did not have the breakfast but the room had ketchup stains on the floor, the bed was hard and very uncomfortable, the tub had mold on the drain, the towels were dingy, the hallway smelled of marijuana, the baseboard qas peeling in the bathroom.

When I got there at 3 am the clerk was passed out in chair, then a female comes in to cancel her stay bc she said of roaches, bed bugs possibly or wasps in her room. I wanted to cancel but couldn't I was too late to do so. It smells weird in hallways bad and no elevators. Do urself a favor just don't do it

Stains and hair on towels, food on the ground, 2-3 foot saggy ceiling above bathtub with crack looking like it was going to fall and looked to have black mold, hair in bathtub, furniture destroyed, bed uneven had to use hangers to make even as it was missing an adjustable leg, no pillow cases on pillow as they were on the floor in a pile, had to go ask for pillow cases, blinds barely stay shut, a/c had cardboard holding the vent up otherwise it would stay closed the whole time. The whole building was smelly, including the room and sheets were horrible, had to buy odor gone and air fresheners. I would of checked out and left, but there wasn’t any other hotels in the areas available due to the concert

Okay for a bed to rest

I arrived for check in around 2 am after attending a concert locally. I called beforehand to notify that I would be checking in after midnight. No problems there! Staff member on duty was nice and check in was quick and easy. More information or a building map should be given at check in. It would have been nice to know which end of the building my room was on, so I could park accordingly. There DEFINITELY should be a sign designating "Check In" or "Front Desk" in the front of the building. When we arrived, we noticed the 2 doors in the front, but no signs. We drove around the back and had to come back to the front because we were unsure where to go. There was someone in the hall coughing and wheezing extremely loud for quite some time around 7am. Bathroom was pretty dirty. Toilet had multiple black different length hairs on the top of the seat when I closed the lid. I am a redhead. There was a towel wadded up on the floor under the sink. Ceilings need work. Mold is beginning to take over. Bathroom fan- absolutely disgusting. Covered and caked in dirt, dust, and hairs. Nice television. Nice television guide. No lamps at bedsides? Only option is a recessed light above the bed, and they are very bright. Air conditioner extremely dirty. Can't imagine what the filter looks like. Didn't investigate how dirty it actually was. Get the dirty things cleaned up a little better, and I am confident your reviews will improve and increase your scores.

Once again false advertisement on the website. Very ghetto. The room was very dirty the bathroom was dirty and there was dirty pubic hair everywhere. The parking lot was full of beer bottles and chicken wings going up the stairs. I had 3 holes in the floor in my room.

I enjoyed my stay.

It was very nice. I especially appreciated the coffee service and the continental breakfast - which really consisted only of a bowl of wrapped muffins and granola bars. But it was more than I needed and I appreciated having a quick breakfast and good coffee.

The room was absolutely dirty, the bed sheets were dirty, the walls were dirty, the area beside the fridge was dirty and moldy, the bathroom had garbage (clothing tags and hairballs) on the floor.the floor was falling apart. When we went to report this the front desk looked like we had 10 heads, didnt offer another room and said we would have to wait to call the GM. This was even after showing pictures of the concerns. We asked for another room new sheets etc and ended up just having to check out. We did not get anywhere with customer service for the hotel group either.
