"Room was clean. Amenities not too great, 1st night, AC broke, blowing hot air when set at 62 degrees, was told by front desk we will get a complimentary upgrade but didn’t, got to change to another room with a broken door hinged and had to wait next day for technician to fixed it. 2nd day, door hinge was fixed while we were out then TV stop working, Direct TV not available. Last night, AC was not blowing cool air at 60 degrees and had to open window to cool room but sound of AC continuous making loud constant banging sound thru the night causing really bad sleep."
