Love the hotel. Only thing is the room service…. I called up at 10.04pm only to be told room service from the menu stops at 10pm, when it ’s advertised at 11m. Very disappointed as has to order pizzas which wasn’t what we wanted and weren’t all that. Apart from that the hotel is wonderful…

Couldn’t fault this hotel the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us and the decor is gorgeous. Breakfast lovely and lots of options. Only little suggestion would be to add in fluffy dressing gowns in the Winter months rather than the thin material ones.
