"The room was clean. The hallways were cluttered with debris due to remodeling I think. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working right. It was difficult to keep the room cool. The staff did their job but didn't really interact with us. There was no hand soap in the room, only wall dispensers of lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The bed was wonderful though."
