The Encinitan Hotel & Suites
The breakfast menu consists of waffles, eggs, and sausage patties. Coffee was very hot. Also had bagels, bread, kids cereal, and several types of juices. Breakfast was ready in bulk, did not have to wait for anything as they had a server constantly checking on breakfast area.
