The staff was not friendly or helpful. When I checked in they didn't great me and were very methodical. Same in the morning when I asked for late checkout. They just said no. None of the appliances were working well. AC was not working. The shower was slippery and had a dangerous fall as the water was clogged and then drain was choked. The toilet had stains. Very unhygienic.
