"The floors were semi clean- I spilt some of my water on the floor and when I wiped it the white hotel towel was brown.
The room smelt of mold - it actually made me sick from how bad it was.
Spoke to the GM Donna about it and she was great said she’d fully refund the whole booking. Been waiting almost a week for the refund so I called the hotel to check- I was greeted with a rude front desk lady. I don’t remember her name but she’s blonde with curly hair and an accent- very rude.
She stated the manager said she’d refund the resort fees only - even tho she wasn’t apart of our conversation. I told her I’d like the GM to call me; so I get a phone call from the hotel and it’s a different manger - I believe her name was Barbara.
She was rude and tried to turn it back around onto me than it was my fault that I was unhappy with my stay because I didn’t say anything about the room when I checked in at 7pm after working all day for a ONE NIGHT stay to just relax. No I didn’t feel like lugging all of my stuff to another room- I was told I’d receive a call back in regards to this situation and I have yet to receive one. "
