"Before I leave this, I need to say that the staff at the hotel was great, very kind and helpful however, when we arrived, we checked in 4 hours after check in time. When we arrived at our room, the door was open and the room had not been touched. One bed was completely stripped and there were dirty sheets and blankets on the sofa bed and the floor. There were no towels, wash rags, soap, or clean sheets or blankets. I had to walk all the way back to the 1st floor because there was also no phone in the room to call the front desk. I was told that we could leave the hotel for 45 mins to an hour so someone could clean the room, we were tired from baseball and traveling and wanted to go to bed, I said just bring me the clean bed clothes, towels, and cleaning stuff, we will clean it. That is exactly what we did. Then when we tried to shower, there was no hot water. We managed. The second night (yes, we stayed because we were tired), the lady at the front told us a trick to get hot water and even said as much money as the hotel had paid for the water system hot water should not be an issue. The breakfast was ok; they did not keep it stocked for the guests. The pool was nice and clean. Overall, I cannot say that I would stay here again due to all the issues that we had. We did receive a refund due to the issues... But again, very sweet staff who just kept apologizing for everything and tried to make things right, which they did by giving me the refund."

"Hotel totally catfished us. The pictures are not what they are on Expedia. They failed to mention the hotel was under going renovations. There was severe water damage on the ceiling with ceiling tiles missing or collapsed. The only decent thing about our room was the bathtub but the room was bad. They had dehumidifiers every where and it smelled like moisture. The only good thing about this hotel was the young lady who checked us in late Friday. Other then that don’t stay here"
