The location was great for the the activities we were taking part of which was at the end of the street, our grandsons wedding, the price was reasonable. How ever the room was not very clean, we had to ask them to have the room vaccumned, the lighting was bad especially in the bath, my wife had difficulty being able to apply makeup and doing her hair, I could not see to just comb my hair, the heater rattled all night making it difficult to sleep, the bed was lumpy and the furnishings were most likely from some reclaimed furniture outlet maybe goodwill or salvation army. will not stay there again. Even tho the desk clerk was very helpful, when I dropped off my wife after the wedding she was waiting for me in the lobby and they asked if they could help, she told them she was waiting for me to park the car, he called us later to check to see if she made it to the room ok.

Hallways wreaked of pungent odors. Area around our refrigerator was literally caked with dirt, dust bunnies hanging from ceiling in areas and check in was like I was in a movie scene. Nobody there at front desk at 4:00 pm except Indian woman who could not speak English trying to interact with me looking for the man to check me in. 10 minutes later a very dismissive Indian man came to the office complex ignoring me and continuing his phone conversation. He told me twice to hang on. Elevator gross and so dirty.

Great hotel - bad clientele. There was someone wandering the hall yelling “Bedbugs”, a couple fighting loudly next door, and cops came at 3 am for the guy across the hall. The staff was great the place was clean and mostly remodeled. What a shame.

When I was checking in the receptionist gave me my key and was telling how to get to our room when she stopped for a second and then said " I just had a BRAIN FART" which was completely inappropriate. Then we went to our room and opened the door and was almost knocked down by the terrible smell of the room. It had had water damage on the ceiling and the smell of mold and mildew was awful. You could here guest in the next room talking. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
