This high-quality and modern holiday home spans two levels and offers a large terrace and a fenced garden. You can look forward to a reliable internet connection (Telekom-DSL 250 MBit/s). The house is built in the traditional Nordic brick style and features tiles throughout the entire property, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area with a cozy sofa, fireplace, and TV. Here, you will have plenty of space for dining, relaxing, and cozy evenings by the fireplace. The fully equipped kitchenette offers a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with integrated freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine, as well as ample crockery and cutlery. The dining table can accommodate up to 6 people, and a complimentary high chair is available for children. The generous sofa corner with a side table, fireplace, and flat-screen TV invites you to unwind. The flat-screen TV has a satellite connection and multiple HDMI inputs for additional multimedia devices you may wish to bring along. Another reading chair and a stereo mini system with radio, CD player, and USB connection complete the living area.
From the living area, you have direct access to the large south-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. A charcoal grill is available for barbecue evenings. The entire property is fenced, making it suitable for children and pets to play unsupervised in the garden.
The daylight bathroom on the ground floor features a shower, toilet, and a freely usable washing machine. The bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with two comfortable single beds, side tables, and a wardrobe. Upstairs, there are two more spacious bedrooms with double beds, side tables, and wardrobes. A crib is also available. Between the two bedrooms, there is another daylight bathroom with a shower and toilet. All rooms on the upper floor can be darkened with blinds and pleated blinds.
