"Not a lodge/hotel but a 2 room apartment. 3rd floor walk up using narrow stairs; no elevator. Great location. Small but adequate balcony overlooking main street of Zermatt. "Loved this hotel from the check agent, room cleanness, excellent housekeeping staff always greeting you with a smile, restaurant at night, the DJ in the lobby, nice bar staff and supervisor to the modern and chic hotel. Well located and convenient. Can’t wait to plan a new vacation there. Only negative is the spa gentleman very rude."
